A Certified Facilitator has well over 600 hours of coursework with training in facilitating, deepening inquiry, attending workshops, events with other Certified Facilitators and at least two Schools with Byron Katie. Katie has reviewed coursework and progress, and has personally certified each Certified Facilitator.  Ongoing participation in courses and events support facilitators in their continued practice.

As an experienced facilitator, I explore with you, and may ask additional questions that can deepen your inquiry.  I hold a sacred space so you can listen to your heart and discover your own answers, as well as experience your emotions.  Being facilitated has made a profound impact on the depth and strength of my inquiry. As your facilitator, I am an impartial and compassionate witness, guiding inquiry at a pace and direction that keeps you doing The Work, and not backtracking into staying stuck in the pain of a story.

As your facilitator, I remain present with you and listen deeply to your process and answers. I am with you where you are, guiding inquiry for your freedom. At times, I may hold you gently in silence, to slow down and have an opportunity to contemplate the answers that arise in you. At times I may offer comments to reflect your own insights and answers.  Always, it is your inquiry, your way, and your answers that are most important to both of us. When working consistently with me, I remember the progression of inquiries, recall details of situations, get to know you, and you get to know me. Your stories become familiar as well as your insights. The benefit of working with me is that I can support you to identify thoughts or issues causing your stress. I help you, if needed, to find turnarounds, and welcome your own examples. I bring us back to inquiry if defense and story-telling occur that would take us away from doing The Work. I offer you a safe space to explore your mind and your heart, to feel and think whatever may be, and to question it with compassion to seek truth. I've worked as a psychotherapist offering traditional therapy and The Work.  I've seen clients who do The Work experience the most accelerated breakthroughs and insights that can promote change.   Your answers guide the way, and that change becomes a natural process.

As your facilitator, we explore your own examples of how to apply your newfound insights into your life. That is when The Work
really lives in you and inspires change, peace, kindness, patience and clarity of choices.
It's an honor and joy to offer this to you, and support you by facilitating your inquiry.
