As mom of a child who struggles with substance use, a Licensed Social Worker and Certified Family Recovery Coach, I've had to learn how to navigate the struggles and ongoing grief in order to find peace. The struggles are real, and that's why I'm interested in sharing ways for healing that work, and that have a lasting impact. 

Ambiguous grief, grieving someone who is still alive, though it feels like a thousand deaths, can be exhausting and debilitating.  Still, it is possible to restore peace.  

I help parents find healing, and learn how to best support themselves and their children along a sacred grieving journey, one with more peace, connected to love, and to life.
